Emma
Treasurer
Emma joined the Committee in 2023 as Treasurer. She has worked at the County Council for 20 years, gaining lots of experience in organising events. Recently, she has supported local events including the St Ives Motorbike Festival and the St Ives Christmas Lights Committee.
Emma has lived in St Ives with her partner since 1999 and raised her two children here. She is keen to give back to her local community through volunteering.
“I am really excited to be part of the Committee this year as I have been attending the three-day event with my family and friends for many years. I have been in awe at the enormous amount of work that has been put in by previous Committee Members, all of which is funded through grants and donations from local businesses and residents.”

Stacey
Committee Member
Stacey has been a St Ivian for over 10 years and worked at The Lounge for nearly 12 years.
“As a regular attendee to the music festival for probably a good 10 years, I feel it’s one of the best free events I’ve seen and been to. So last year I decided to join the Committee and really become a part of the event!
“With the event being spread over three days it’s a great way to feel part of my community and there’s something for everyone whether you’re a family, part of the older generation or love your music! I hope for it to continue for many years to come.”

Jenny
Committee Member
Jenny joined the committee in 2024. Working for a software company and being responsible for company gatherings, she took her love of organisation to the Friends of Thorndown Primary School committee, she brings a wealth of knowledge in fundraising and event planning. Jenny has lived in St Ives with her husband and son since 2014 and wants to ensure that we continue to offer fun community events.
“After attending the festival last year I decided I would step up and offer my help. I enjoy event organisation and fundraising but the hardest part is getting enough volunteers to successfully run an event. If you can spare an hour or more over the weekend event we would love to utilise your time”.

Clare
Marketing
Clare is a Marketing Manager at a local St Ives business and has lived in the town for over 16 years since moving from Willingham. She has been an active volunteer at various town events, including primary school fundraisers and the Christmas lights switch-on. In 2024, Clare volunteered at the St Ives Carnival and Music Festival for the first time, gaining a deep appreciation for the hard work behind the scenes.
“After being persuaded by Jenny to help out in 2024, I fell in love with the passion and drive every volunteer radiated. It’s infectious—I couldn’t wait to get involved again and have even roped my husband in too!”
